About Conference Radar

Conference Radar helps researchers decide where and when to submit their papers — tracking call-for-papers deadlines, conference dates, CORE ranks and indexing for the top venues in Information Systems, Data Science, BPM, Process Mining and applied AI.

Why it exists

Researchers track dozens of conference deadlines across many venues — and a single missed call for papers can delay a submission by months. Conference Radar gathers those deadlines, dates, CORE ranks and indexing in one place, so you can see where and when to submit at a glance, and get reminders before each deadline. It is open and free for the whole research community.

Who's behind it

It is built and maintained by Pedro Guimarães, a Researcher and Invited Assistant Professor in Information Systems at the University of Minho (Portugal) — Google Scholar · LinkedIn. It is an independent, non-commercial project.

How the data is kept fresh

The catalog is a curated knowledge base, refreshed automatically every week from public sources (with web grounding), and improved by the community — any signed-in user can report an error on a conference, which an editor reviews. Data may still be incomplete or outdated, so always confirm critical dates on the official conference website.

Free & privacy-friendly

Conference Radar is free to use. There are no ads and no third-party tracking; usage analytics are cookieless and collect no personal data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
